I often get asked what helped me with recovery from my experience in the Sea Org and Scientology as a child and I have to say the biggest help has been music. I love music..it can take you to a totally different place. That is why... in case anyone wondered why there are musical videos peppered through out this blog. There are other things too, but that's for another day...
